拉萨市中小学艺术教育现状及发展思路

摘    要:文章以拉萨市六所中小学艺术课教学为研究对象,通过调查发现各学校存在艺术师资不足、课程开发和重视程度不够、教师科研能力和工作待遇有待提高等亟待解决的问题。文章根据国家有关中小学艺术教育的政策和规定,结合西藏教育的现状,提出了办学者应转变教育观念、教学者应提高科研能力和拓展教学思路、教育管理部门应鼓励开展地方特色和民族特色的艺术课程教学等发展对策。

On the Present Situation and Development of Art Education in the Primary and Secondary Schools in Lhasa

Abstract:After having done a research on the art education in six primary and secondary schools in Lhasa,it is found that some problems exist in the schools,for instance,the shortage of art teachers,poor curriculum development,without sufficient attention to art education,the art teachers in the schools having poor capacity of scientific research and job benefits.In accordance with the national policies and provisions relating to the art education in primary and secondary schools,the article,based on the present situation of the art education in Tibet,suggests some countermeasures: school operators need to change their educational ideas;art teachers need to improve their capacity of scientific research and their teaching methods;administration need to encourage to launch some art courses with local and national characteristics.
