西藏非公有制企业融资困境与对策分析

西藏非公有制企业健康、茁壮成长对于促进全区国民经济发展发挥了积极作用。为了促进全区非公有制企业健康发展,中央和地方政府出台了一系列促进非公有制企业融资的政策措施,全区非公有制企业融资增长势头十分良好。文章探析了全区非公有制企业发展过程中的融资现状与障碍,从转变金融机构观念、发展中小金融机构、拓展非银行金融机构、组建产业投资发展基金等方面提出了促进非公有制企业健康发展的融资对策。

The Financing Difficulties of Tibet＇s Non-public Enterprises and Countermeasures

The sound development of the non-public enterprises in Tibet plays an active role in the development of the national economy of the region.In order to advance the sound development of the non public enterprises of Tibet,both the central and local governments have made a series of polices and taken measures to facilitate the financing of the non-public enterprises,as a result the non-public enterprises in Tibet gain a great growth.After discussing and analyzing the current situation and obstacles in the enterprise financing of the non-public enterprises in Tibet,this article proposes a series of countermeasures and suggestions to advance the sound development of the enterprises in the aspects of idea changing,the development of small and medium-sized financial institutions,the expansion of nonbanking financial institutions,the establishment of the growth fund of industrial investment and so on.
