摘    要:将蛋白质或多肽连接到高分子链上,能够改善蛋白质/多肽的稳定性、生物相溶性和溶解性而赋予其优异的应用性能,所得聚合物-蛋白质/多肽生物结合物已经被广泛应用于药物载体、生物材料、纳米材料等领域。本文介绍借助"活性"/可控自由基聚合反应制备新型功能高分子材料的原理与方法,以及其合成聚合物-蛋白质/多肽生物结合物的国内外研究进展。

Abstract:The bioconjugates based on protein/peptide grafted covalently into polymers have been shown a significantly effect to improve their application properties such as stability,biocompatibility and solubility.They have been applied in drug delivery,biotechnology,nanotechnology,medicine and other fields.Moreover,living/controlled radical polymerization is a facile technique,which can be applied to synthesize well-defined polymers with pre-determined molecular weights and narrow molecular weight distributions,predictable chain length,controlled microstructure,the range of desirable properties of well defined polymer-protein conjugates.A series of block copolymers,end-functional polymers and polymers with a whole range of biological recognition abilities had been prepared by using this technique.In this paper,the progresses of the synthesis mechanisms and methods of new functional materials,especially for proteins/peptides-polymer bioconjugates,by living/controlled radical polymerization were summarized.
