Electrophilic substitution in a number of N-exo-carbamoyl derivatives of sydnoneimines

Depending on the character of the substituents and the reaction conditions, the bromination of N-exo-carbamoyl derivatives of sydnoneimines may proceed in the heterocyclic ring and (or) in the phenyl ring of the exocyclic substituent.
