| Abstract: | This paper studies the feasibility of mathematical programs with nonlinear complementarity constraints (MPEC), where additional joint constraints are present that must be satisfied by the first level (design) and the second-level (state) variables of the problem. It is an extension of the feasibility conditions for the mathematical programs with linear complementarity constraints. |
