创新型人才管理的三种重要理念

摘    要:创新型人才是与常规型人才相对应的一种人才类型,因此对创新型人才的管理也应有别于常规型人才。着重探讨了创新型人才的三种重要的管理理念,即创新型人才管理的风险投资理念、例外管理理念和基于战略任务而非岗位的筛选理念,因为正确的管理理念是构建人力资源管理体系的基础。

Abstract:It is different between management of creative professional and general talents.In this paper,the authors expounded 3 management ideas of creative professional(risk investment idea,management by exception idea and screening idea of non-job),because the correct management idea was base of building human resource management system.
