| 摘 要： | 该文采用变分法研究了盒形量子点中Ｓｔａｒｋ效应，计算了电子－受限ＬＯ声子相互作用对Ｓｔａｒｋ能量移动的修正。计算结果表明，电子－受限ＬＯ声子相互作用减弱了Ｓｔａｒｋ能量移动，随着电场强度和量子点尺寸的增大，其对Ｓｔａｒｋ能量移动的贡献也增大。

| Abstract: | By using the variational method and modified LLP transformation,we have investigated the effect of the electron confined longitudinal optical phonon interaction (e LO interaction) on the Stark shifts of the ground state of electron in a quantum box.The corrections due to the e LO interaction was calculated.We have found that with the increasing of the electric field strength or the quantum box width,the corrections of Stark energy shift due to the e LO interaction also increase. |
