摘    要:随着人们从认识论上对技术理性主义的审视与反思,人们愈来愈深入思索高职师资队伍建设,而教师知识逐渐成为教师研究的核心内容。个人化的职业知识如何有效传授、默会性的技术知识如何显性表达、学生接受知识后如何转化为职业技能,若要对这些问题解答,就势必涉及到教师技术知识传递的问题。

Abstract:Along with people's carefully examining with reconsideration from epistemology to technical rationalism, people think of higher vocational teachers' building of contingent deeply, The teacher knowledge gradually becomes the core content of teachers' study. How to effectively teach the personalized professional knowledge, how to domiant express the silent meeting technical knowledge and how to transform as the professional skill after students accepting the knowledge? It's inevitable to involve in the teacher technical knowledge transmission question if those questions are to be answered.
