芯子大槽组合机床设计方案的优选与结构创新

摘    要:以主动防护为原则,在工艺试验的基础上,优选设计方案,设计结构新颖的组合机床,使自行车习轮芯子千斤槽加工的噪声从114dB(A)下降为85dB(A);实现人机分离,保证了劳动者的安全,提高了劳动生产率和产品质量。

Abstract:A combined machine tool used for machining grooves on wick in new construction is introduced in this paper,which was designed by choosing optimal plans and principle of active defence based on technological experiment.Machining grooves on wick of bicycle's flywheel and using this machine tool,we can decrease the noise from 114 dB(A) to 85 dB(A) .increase the labour productivity and improve the quality of the products. The safety for workers will be guaranteed since they do not contact directly with the machine.
