| Abstract: | The review summarizes the available scientific and technical information on aerobic oxidation of cyclohexyl- and sec-alkylarenes to tertiary hydroperoxides in the presence of N-hydroxyphthalimide. Kinetics, oxidation mechanism, catalytic and initiating ability of N-hydroxyphthalimide were discussed. |
