摘    要:本文介绍一种能精确测定脉冲调制正弦信号相位差的新方法和根据此方法研制成的相角测试仪。这一新的测试方法的原理为:当两被测信号ũ1ũ2的差值为极小时,其相位差φ1φ2与差值极小值(幅值)Udmin之间有一简单的关系,即φ1φ2=sin-1(Udmin/U1)。用此方法测定两信号的相位差,当φ1φ2≤5°时具有较高的测试精度(△φ<士0.2°)及分辨率(△φ<0.06°)。此仪器同时还能测定两信号的幅值比,其测试误差和分辨率,当φ1φ2≤5°时分别为△δ<士0.2dB和△δ' <0.12dB。

Abstract:A new method for pricision measurement of the phase-angle of pulse modulated sinusoidal signals has been devised. On the basis of this, a new type of phase-angle meter was thus made. Theoretically, when the difference of two measured signals ũ1 and ũ2 reaches a minimum, a simple relation exist between the phase difference (φ1φ2) and the amplitude of the minimum differenee (Udmin), i.e. φ1φ2=sin-1 (Udmin/U1). The method affords a higher accuracy (△φ < <土0.2) and a higher resolving power (△φ' < 0.06°) when φ1φ2 ≤ 5°.
This meter may be used for measuring the amplitude ratio of two signals at the time while the phase difference was measured. When φ1φ2' ≤ 5°, an error of △δ< <士0.2dB and a resolving power of △δ' < 0.12dB were found respectively.
