非牛顿流体注射充模过程的谱分析与二维模拟

摘    要:为计算热塑性材料在薄的中心开口的圆盘注射充模过程的温度场,速度场和压力场,利用切比雪夫配置法和快速富立叶变换,提出了快速收敛和稳定的计算模型,计算结果和实验结果非常吻合,本文考虑了熔体的非牛顿性和过程的非等温性、非定常性以及计算区域的非定常性,对充模过程各时刻都进行了数值分析;对于时间方向的积分采用Crank-Nicolson格式,空间方向的积分采用谱方法[1]。

Abstract:The C hebyshev collocat ion met hod and Fast Fourier Transform ( FFT)is employed for computing the temperature,pressure, and velocity fields in a flat thin center-fed disk-cavity for the flow of thermoplastic materials. The cavity-filling process is treatedas a transient and non-isothermal flow of a non-Newtonian flnid with moving bonndary Inthe nnmerical scheme the spatial discretization is spectral but the temporal discretizationuses covent ional Crank-Nicolson finite-difference,Goo d agreement is obtained between thecomputed resuts and experimental observations.
