超声在固体火箭发动机无损检测中的应用

摘    要:在固体火箭发动机的研制中,无损检测技术非常重要。本文介绍了一些主要的超声检测方法及其应用。脉冲多次反射法用于检测固体火箭发动机壳体与衬层之间的粘结质量。特性参数和扫频超声法以多层介质理论为基础,用于检测固体火箭发动机的深层粘结质量。

Abstract:It is very important to apply NDT techniques in developing solid-prope llant rockt motors. Presented in this paper are some main ultrasonic testing methods for these motors. The technique of multiple pulse echoes is used for evaluating the bonding quality between the casing and the liner, the measurements of the signatures (the Q-Signature and R-Signature) and the swept-frequency ultrasonic inspection method are used for testing the debonds between the deeper interfaces based on multi-layer medium theory, and the methods of penetration and focusing for detecting the defects inside the propellant by employing low frequency ultrasonic transducers.
