噻唑硫磷的结构研究

摘    要:噻唑硫磷(fosthiazate)是一种新型、高效的有机磷农药。它是由2-氧化噻唑烷与S-仲丁基-O-乙基硫代磷酰氯通过取代反应制得,其化学名为O-乙基-S-仲丁基-2-氧代-1,3-噻唑烷-3-基硫代膦酸酯,结构式如下:

Abstract:In this paper,we studied the structure of fosthiazate by kinds of spectral techniques.The absorption in the UV spectrum coincides with the structure of fosthiazate.The main characteristic adsorption bands in the IR spectrum and fragment ions in the mass spectrum could be assigned rationally according to the structure of fosthiazate.In addition,several kinds of two-dimensional NMR techniques(~1H-~1H COSY,HMBC and HMQC)which could provide valuable information were used for the assignment of ~1H NMR and ()~(13)C NMR signals.Combining all above techniques with the element analysis,we verified the structure of fosthiazate.
