| 摘 要： | According to the investigation on various types of more than 100 lakes and the analyses of 700 samples from the bottom surface sediments,the author first discusses the influence of environmental elements of lake water, such as acidity (pH), minerality (salinity), temperature, depth and bottom materials on ostracoda behaviour, then puts forward his opinion that the salinity (minerality) is probably the major condition affecting the existence of ostracoda, and finally points out that the minerality of 180 mg/l or so may be the minimum value for the existence of ostracoda.
