摘    要:针对含钛汽车齿轮钢生产过程中加钛处理时经常出现的钛吸收率不稳定问题,开展了喂钛铁合金芯线法加钛的试验.结果表明:该工艺能提高钛的吸收率,平均吸收率达87.9%,而且钛吸收率稳定,工艺简便,处理时间短,仅3 m in左右,大大降低微调加钛的工艺时间,电耗和材料消耗大大降低,现场环境改善,污染降低.

Abstract:Traditional methods of adding titanium ferrous alloy in steel do not provide stable results and cause environmental pollution problems.In order to produce gear steel with exact titanium content,cored wire with titanium ferrous alloy containing filler is used during feeding treatment into 15 t ladle.Stable results are obtained and high trimming yield is provided.The experimental results show that the mean recovery efficiency of titanium is 87.9%,the treatment time of feeding is 3 minutes or so,and the melting period is shortened.A favorable metallurgical achievement and economical benefit is gained.
