矿用主要通风机消声装置的设计研究

摘    要:荆各庄主要通风机主扇排风通道环境恶劣,粉尘浓度高、湿度大,致使原消声设备降噪效果不明显.本文通过选择合适的消声器以及吸声材料实验和防尘方案的设计.最终设计出了满足高湿度、高粉尘环境条件下运行的消声装置.该消声装置结构简单,对主要通风机的阻力损失影响小,防尘、防潮及降噪效果明显,可广泛的应用于煤矿主要通风机的消声降噪.

Abstract:Because of the high thickness of bug dust and high humidity in the air draft alleyway of axial flow ventilators, the former muffler used by Mine JingGezhuang is jammed. The paper chooses,the appropriate muffler, and experiments with the capability of sound absorption material, and designs the dustproof project. Finally, a new muffler device is designed to eonquer the high thickness of bug dust and high humidity. The new muffler device has simple structure, it has lesser effect on the resistance loss of chief ventilations and has obvious effect on noise reducer.It is well dustproof and moistureproof,it can be broadly used in noise reducer of chief wentilations in mine.
