马协型杂交稻不育系和保持系花粉发育的细胞学比较

摘    要:对湖北马协型杂交稻不育系A和保持系B从花粉母细胞至花粉发育过程各时期进行了细胞学的比较观察.醋酸洋红染色结果表明马协A和马协B都能顺利地通过花粉母细胞减数分裂的各个时期.采用改进的快速银染法对花粉粒发育的细胞学观察,表明马协A的败育主要发生在二核期末至三核期初之间,先是营养核解体,生殖核后解体.说明马协A是一种新型的细胞质雄性不育系.对快速银染法的优越性和马协A的败育途径进行了讨论.

Abstract:A cytological comparative observation from pollen mother cells to pollen development processes was carried out in the male sterile line Maxie A and the maintainer line Maxie B of Maxie type hybrid rice in Hubei. The results showed that they were all through different stages of the meiosis of pollen mother cells normally for Maxie A and Maxie B, adopting aceto carmine staining. In the pollen grain development stages, using an improved method for quick silver stining the cytological observation revealed that abortion of microspores of Maxie A mainly took place between the two cell pollen late stage and three cell primary stage. The vegetative nucleus was first disintegrated and thus reproductive nucleus decomposed. Maxie A is a novel rice cytoplasmic male sterile line according to the cytological observation. The advantages of quick silver staining mothed and the abortive processes of pollen in Maxie A were disscussed.
