角度传感器动态精度和静态精度的关系

摘    要:速度和角速度都是难以测量的物理量,除在个别场合可以通过某些线性关系获得速度值外,绝大多数时候速度都是由位移相对时间微分或由加速度相对时间积分所获得。位置或角度传感器的精度越高,其微分所获得的速度就越准确,但是反过来却未必成立。基于感应同步器的特点,讨论了其动态精度和静态精度的关系,并将结论推广到其它几种角度传感器上。对角速度敏感型系统的设计及角度传感器的选型具有很好的借鉴作用。

Abstract:The velocity or the angular velocity is difficult to be measured. At most time, the velocity is obtained by differentiating the displacement or integrating the acceleration with respect to time, except in individual situations the velocity value can be obtained by some linear function. The higher the position or angle sensor precision is, the higher accuracy velocity can be obtained, but in turn, may not be set up. Based on the characteristics of the Inductosyn, this article discusses the relationship between the dynamic precision and the static precision, and extends the conclusions to other angle sensors. It is a good reference for the design of the velocity-sensitive system and the selection of the angle sensor.
