氢氧化镍中主含量及杂质含量的ICP-OES测定方法

摘    要:对电镀废液回收加工制成品氢氧化镍主量及所含杂质钙、镁、铁的检测没有查到相关的报道,也没有相应国家标准和行业标准,本文详细研究了使用电感耦合等离子发射光谱测定氢氧化镍中主含量镍及杂质钙、镁、铁含量的测定的各种仪器条件.样品直接溶解后可一次完成Ni、Ca、Mg、Fe的测定,方法简单快速,检出限低,线性范围宽,精密度好,可多元素同时测定.其最终检测结果与化学法测定结果一致.该方法的检出限Ni、Ca、Mg、Fe分别为0.06、0.0004、0.0006、0.01mg/L,回收率为98.5%-100.4%.

Abstract:At present ,there are no pertinent reports, national standards and vocational standards for determining the main content and impurities in nickel hydroxide,which was made by electroplating wastes. In this paper,ICP-OES determination of Ni,Ca,Mg and Fe in nickel hydroxide was studied in detail. After the sample was dissolved, the determination of Ni, Ca, Mg and Fe in nickel hydroxide was finished synchronously. This method is simple and fast with high accuracy and broad linear range. The test results are accordant with those of chemical method. The detection limits of Ni,Ca,Mg and Fe are 0. 06,0. 0004,0. 0006,0. 01mg/L,respectively. The recovery rate of the method is 98. 5%- 100.4%.
