| Abstract: | In this paper we give a necessary and sufficient condition for a general class of neutral differential-difference equations to be exponentially stable. This condition is expressed in terms of certain bilinear functionals which are the equivalent of quadratic Liapunov functions for finite-dimensional systems. |
