Etude calorimetrique et dilatometrique sous pression des transitions de phase de Pb(Zr0,965Ti0,035)O3 dope

Abstract:The pressure—temperature phase diagram of the solid solution is drawn by calorimetric measurements. With temperature increasing the observed phase transitions are, according to the pressure: antiferroelectric, ferroelectric, paraelectric, or antiferroelectric, antiferroelectric, paraelectric. The heats of transition are measured and compared with those calculated using the Clausius—Clapeyron relationships for first-order transitions; the deviations observed at some phase transitions are discussed.
