松香改性酚醛环氧树脂的固化物结构及性能表征

摘    要:以自制的松香改性酚醛环氧树脂(RPAE)为对象,采用FT-IR跟踪了RPAE与三种固化剂4,4-二氨基二苯砜、邻苯二甲酸酐和聚酰胺的固化过程,得到了较佳的固化工艺,并在最佳工艺条件下对RPAE与三种固化剂组成的固化体系进行固化,并用FT-IR、TG等表征手段考察了固化物的结构和性能。研究发现,RPAE是一种耐热性和电绝缘性能优良的环氧树脂。

Abstract:The curing process of rosin modified phenol-aldehyde epoxy resin (RPAE for short), which was self-made, with 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulfone, phthalic anhydride and polyamide as curing agents were traced by using FT-IR. The optimal curing process was got. The cured products of RPAE and three curing agents under the optimal curing process were characterized by using FT-IR, TG and so on. It is concluded that RPAE exhibited the excellent thermal and dielectric property.
