| 摘 要： | ＩＳＭ－４设备在线改造成环在我国是首例。北环网在线优化改造成为６２２Ｍｂｉｔ／ｓ速率的通道保护环，解决了北环电路资源利用率低和安全性差的问题，这将为我省电信发展带来巨大的经济效益和社会效益。

| Abstract: | On-lined ISM-4 equipment optimized and converted into a true ring is the first event of our country. It had set up a path-protection ring of 622 Mbit/s Northern Ring. It is the path-protection ring that will improve the efficiency and security of telcommunication, and will bring enormous ecnomic effect and social effect for the Telcom development of our province. |
