| Abstract: | The phosphorylation ofN-trimethylsilyllactams by phosphorus(III) acid chlorides results in correspondingN-phosphinolactams in high yields. The derivatives thus obtained have been used in the synthesis ofN-phosphoryl- andN-thiophosphoryllactams.
