| 摘 要： | 同为封建社会的个体小农经济，一个千年徘徊于封建主义怪圈，一个顺利走上资本主义道路，迥然有别的政治命运源于不同的上层政治结构，权力多元是西欧资本主义发展不可或缺的外在必要条件，有限君主制是西欧多元权力结构中的重要组成部分。

| Abstract: | Chinese peasants failed to overthrow fedual rule eventually,while English peasants succeded in transformation of fedual to capital country,though they both lived off the same economic backgrounds,small scale,backword agriculture.The key answer lies in the different political structure in the western Europe,compared with China,which composed of Limited monarchy as its nucleus component. |
