| Abstract: | Based on dual wavelength spectrophotometry and standard additions method, a new spectrophotometry,dual wavelength measurement-standard additions method,was developed for selective and sensitive determination of analyte by eliminating interference from the co-existing species.This method was applied to assay chlorpromazine and/or pro- methazine hydrochloride in mixture samples and pharmaceutical preparations without any preliminary separation. |
