| 摘 要： | 马克思、恩格斯的经典著作中包含着丰富的法学思想,其中不乏众多环境保护法律思想。在《劳动在从猿到人转变过程中的作用》一文中所体现出来的正确认识和处理人与自然的关系、合理支配自然、建立正确的环境保护权责观等理念,对于我们今天的环境保护法治建设仍具有重要的理论指导意义。

| Abstract: | There are plentiful viewpoints of law in Marx and Engels' classical works including some viewpoints of environmental protection law.They show some ideas about environmental protection in their article of Effect of Labor from Ape to Human: we should understand the relationship of human and nature in correct ways;we should control the nature reasonably;we should set up ideas of rights and responsibilities of environmental protection.These informative and instructive views have great significance to improve our environmental protection law system in China. |
