| 摘 要： | 为了妇科恶性肿瘤的早期诊断，对病人进行Ｂ型超声波的检查和Ｂ超评分，并把Ｂ超评分数作为初始条件，利用多组判别分析法，将它们划分为良性、过渡性或畸胎瘤和恶性等三类，是利用多元统计分析对妇科恶性肿瘤早期诊断的一种尝试．

Multivariate Statistical Analysis on Diagnosis of Ovarian Tumor by B-Type Ultrasonic Examination |

| Abstract: | In B-type ultrasonic examinatian ovarian tumor can be established by four infactors, namely, capselecho, intratumor image, the linkage between capsule and interior and ascite. The kinds of tumor be established by the scores obtained from the different grades of the factors. 218 ovarian tumor samples which were established pathologically in Department of Obstertrics and Gynecology of Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian Medical College from February,1984to December,1985 and Janaury,1990 to Dcember,1991 were classified into three groups: benign, transitional (teratoma) and malignant. The scores may provide reliable mathematical basis for early diagnosis of ovarian tumors and increase diagnostic accordance rate siginificantly. |
