摘    要:本文建立了惯性系统三轴综合测试台的结构分析模型,用有限元法对其进行了结构静动态特性计算。给出了外框架在实际载荷作用下的静动态特性和整机的动态特性,并在此基础上,对该三轴台外框架进行了静态变形的实际测量。实测表明,理论分析和实测结果相吻合。

Abstract:Firstly this paper establishes the mechanics model of structural analysis for the inertial system three-axis test table (ISTATT),presents the dynamic and static calculation by means of the finite element method and obtains the static deformation of the outer gimbal and inherent frequencies.Based on this way,this paper used the psendo-element to simulate the stiffmess of the air bearing,which linked every gimbal of the ISTATT and obtained the mechanics model of the ISTATT for structural analysis.The inherent frequencies of various orders and modes are obtained by dynamic characteristic analysis.In addition,the static stiffness experiment of the outer gimbal is given,in indicates that the calculation and the experiment results are identical.This result illustrates the model in the paper is right and the calculation result is reliable.
