炸药粒度、粒度级配与质量密度的关系及球列模型研究

摘    要:根据球列理论的推导,提出有界球列模型和无界球列模型,并以RDX为主进行了实验验证,显示了不同的粒度、粒度级配对装药密度的影响。实验结果表明,球列理论模型较为准确地给出了装药密度随粒度、粒度级配的变化趋势,尤其是较为准确地给出了双粒度级配时最大装药密度对应的质量比例。

Abstract:The bounded and unbounded ball arrangement models are given theoretically and have been verified by experiments with RDX.The influences of particle size and granularity on the charge densities are clarified.Experimental results show that,the tendency of variation of charge density with granularity can be well predicted by the ball arrangement model,especially for the maximum charge density with the mass proportion between two matched mono spread granular gradations.
