| 摘 要： | 采用液压螺栓作为齿轮与轴及骨架与轴的联接形式,一方面实现轴向联接的作用,另一方面实现周向力矩传递的功能,改变了传统的力矩传递方式和联接形式,其结构简单,装拆无损坏,联接安全可靠。文中重点介绍了液压螺栓的工作原理和承载设计计算,为类似产品的设计提供经验指导。

| Abstract: | Using hydraulic bolts as means to make joining between gears and shafts, or between antenna frame and the shaft can implement axial connection in one hand, and implement function of circumferential moment transmission in the other hand; and this alters traditional moment transmission mode and joining form. It is featured with simple structure and no damage occurred in the course of removal and installation as well as safe and reliable connection. And the operational principle of hydraulic bolt and its load-bearing design computation is presented emphatically, and this provides experience guidance for designing similar products. |
