硼铁矿选择性还原分离铁和硼

摘    要:本文对硼铁矿进行以选择性还原分离铁和硼作了理论分析和试验研究。结果表明,硼铁矿用煤为还原剂在固相下铁氧化物可被还原,而硼仍以氧化物形态存在;还原矿石磁选分离后,用电热熔化可将铁和含B_2O_3炉渣良好分离,控制熔分条件可获得不同金属产品;熔分渣可直接用于硼酸或硼砂生产。

Abstract:Investigates theoretically and experimentally the possibility of separating iron and boron oxide from boric iron ores by means of selective reduction.The results indicate that taking coal as reductant the ferriferous oxides can be reduced in solid phase, but the boron remains oxidic. After magnetic separation carried out for reduced ores the iron can be well separated from B2O3-bearing slag by means of electroheat melting. Different metallic products are available, providing that the melting-separation condition are controlled properly. Also, the separated slags can be used for boric acid or borax productions.
