基于MC9S12HY32的电动汽车仪表盘设计

摘    要:以Freescale的S12系列16位微处理器MC9S12HY32为核心,为某电动汽车设计了一款仪表盘,实现了车速检测、步进电机控制、LCD显示、故障报警等功能。利用芯片内部资源特性设计了其硬件结构及电路,根据仪表盘的原理和工作方式设计了软件流程,并介绍了基于脉冲整形的车速信号检测的硬件设计及基于滑动时间窗口脉冲统计法的软件设计。装车试验运行稳定,有很高的实用价值。

Abstract:Design a dashboard for an electric vehicle with Freescale’s S12 series 16-bit microprocessor MC9S12HY32,achieved speed detection,stepper motor control,LCD display,fault alarm and other functions.Design the hardware architecture and circuit based on characteristics of the chip internal resources,and design software process according to the principles and working methods of the dashboard.And describe the hardware design of the speed signal detection based on pulse shaping,software design based on the pulse statistics method of sliding time window.It has steady performance in the real vehicle test,with high practical value.
