聚天冬氨酸的合成研究

摘    要:以L-天冬氨酸为原料,磷酸为催化剂,在不同溶剂中进行缩聚反应,合成中间体聚丁二酰亚胺(PSI),当混合溶剂为m三甲苯/m环丁砜=7/3时,可得到较高分子量的PSI。当催化剂与单体的质量比为0.14时,分子量达到最大值。将PSI碱解得到聚天冬氨酸。

Abstract:Poly(aspartic acid) is a water-soluble polymer at great importance. This polymer is known to be biodegradable and can be used in medical,comestic fabric and metal adsorbents. Poly(succinimide)(PSI) was synthesized by acid-catalysed polycondensation of L -aspartic acid proceeded in a different solvent. The PSI with highest molecular weight can be obtained using a mixed solvent of mesitylene and sulfolane (mmes/msul=7/3) and phosphoric acid (mphosphoric acid /maspartie acid =0. 14/1. 00). Poly(aspartic acid) was produced by alkali-hydrolysis of PSI.
