| Abstract: | Tri‐ or tetrasubstituted alkenes with various substituents can be constructed regio‐ and stereospecifically by treatment of acetylenic sulfones with organozinc reagents in tetrahydrofuran followed by hydrolysis or coupling with halohydrocarbon.
