| 摘 要： | 介绍了越南、印度尼西亚、菲律宾和泰国4个国家目前的电信发展情况。总的来看,这几个国家的电信服务水平都不太高,市场开放不够,主要业务基本上属于垄断或专营性质,由政府控制;另一方面,这些国家在法律法规、行业管制和市场开放方面,都在进行积极的尝试,向放松管制、越来越开放的方向发展。

| Abstract: | The development situation in Vietnam,Indonesia,Philippines and Thai-land is in troduced in this paper.In all,the telecom service level in these coun tries is not high.The market is not widely opened.Main services are basically in mo -nopolized or exclusive opera tion,which is con trolled by the govern ment.On the oth-er hand,these coun tries are carrying out pos itive attempt in acts and regula tions,in dustry manage ment and market opening,which is de veloping towards deregulation and open ing market. |
