高效液相色谱法研究塞丹在土壤中的残留动态

摘    要:两地两批14个样品的实验结果表明,塞丹在土壤中的半衰期平均为17d。经过多次的摸索,研究了塞丹的正相色谱分析。在NH3柱上,276nm,正己烷做流动相成功的分离了样品中塞丹的含量并建立了新的液相色谱分析方法,相对标准偏差为0.26%,回收率为98.76%,该方法快速、简单、重现性良好。

Study on the Degradation and Residual of Endosulfan in Soil Using Highly Effective Liquid Chromatography
Abstract:The results of determination showed that the residue and degradation of endosulfan were longer the half loose time of endosulfan in soil was 16 days. The endosulfan was fully separated in 4min using NH3 column and UV detection at 276nm,different solvents were used for sample extraction and tested their recovery, which is higher than 98%. The experimental results proved that endosulfan can be fully eluted by mobile phase of haxane and isopropanol in the ratio 98. 5% :1.5%.
