采用3S分离器的天然气液化过程的参数分析

摘    要:采用低温下3S分离器的一维稳定流动数学模型,对影响采用3S分离器的天然气液化过程的主要参数——入口压力、温度、组分以及膨胀后的压力进行了分析。结果表明,存在一从低压低温到高压高温的脊形区域,在此范围内3S分离器具有明显的优势。3S分离器对天然气组分的变化不敏感。膨胀后压力越低,天然气的液化率越高。

Abstract:The main parameters which effect the liquefaction process with application of 3S technology, inlet pressure and temperature, composition and expansion pressure, were analyzed based on a one-dimensional steady model for supersonic swirling separator. The results show a range of spine shape from high temperature and high pressure to low temperature and low pressure where merit of 3S separator is very obviously existed. The liquation ratio of 3S technology is not sensitive to the composition of nature gas. The lower the expansion pressure is, the higher the liquefaction ratio can be obtained.
