利用平面板形控制提高厚板的成材率

针对我国厚板企业的现状，在研究五种国内外先进的板形控制的轧制方法基础上，提出了纵轧→横轧→纵轧轧制法和立辊齐边轧制法，并通过模拟实验，验证了这些方法可在我国厚板企业现有条件下大幅度提高厚板的成材率。

Increase Plate Yield with the Methods of Controlling Plate Shape

Five foreign and domestic advanced techniques are introduced and the method of longitude rollingtransverse rollinglongitude rolling and vertical roll rolling edge method is put forward.By simulation experiment,all these methods are proved which could be applied in the plate mill to increase plate yield greatly .
