| Abstract: | The title compound, Cu(C9H7N2O)2]·2CH3OH, contains a crystallographically centrosymmetric near‐regular square planar CuII centre with trans‐disposed chelating ligands. The complex molecules associate into a one‐dimensional polymeric chain via hydrogen bonding to the solvent molecules. |
