| 摘 要： | 应用因子分析法对建设项目动态联盟的伙伴能力进行分析,通过问卷调查获取的数据提取出4个公因子:资源能力因子、合作能力因子、敏捷性能力因子和技术能力因子.最后对部分被调研的伙伴企业进行了综合评价,为其采取有效策略提高综合能力提供依据,也为盟主企业选择伙伴提供依据。

| Abstract: | According to the theory of factor analysis,we propose a model of factor analysis to measure the partner ability of virtual enterprise of construction project.This model is used to evaluate 17 enterprises, and provide partners some effective strategies to improve their complex ability and provide the main contractor selecting partners. |
