摘    要:研究提高超声波燃气表线性度问题。由于要使超声波燃气表检测信号与超声波传播路径所在截面的平均速度呈线性关系,才能准确测出流量,但实际上超声波燃气表流道有弯道,弯道会引起二次流,从而影响超声波燃气表的测量精度与线性度。采用FLUENT软件对七种不同弯径的U型流道进行了三维仿真,通过比较入口速度与超声波传播路径所在截面的平均速度之间的线性关系,从中选择相对好的弯径。仿真结果显示,通过优化弯径来提高超声波燃气表的精度是一种可行的方法。

Abstract:Research on improving the degree of linearity of ultrasonic gas meter. In order to make the average speed of the cross section of the ultrasonic gas meter detection signal and the ultrasonic wave propagation path linear. So the flow can be accurately measured, but in fact the ultrasonic gas flow channel has a curve, the curve will lead to the second flow, so the measurement accuracy of ultrasonic gas meter and degree of linearity can be affect. In this paper, FLUENT software is used to simulate the three-dimensional simulation of U type flow with seven different curvature of radiuses. By comparing the linear relationship between the inlet velocity and the average velocity of the cross section of the ultrasonic propagation path, then choose the length of the curve the simulation results show that it is a feasible method to improve the accuracy of ultrasonic gas meter.
