摘    要:以烯丙基乙酰丙酮作为偶闻剂应秀溶胶凝胶法制备了一系列均匀透明的PMMA-ZrO2等有机无机杂化材料,利用UV,IR对其制备过程进行了研究,并测定了所得杂化玻璃的TGA性质。

Abstract:Poly(methyl methacrylate)-ZrO2(SiO2, TiO2, Al2O3) hybrid glasses have been syn-thesized through Sol-Gel process by using allyl acetylacetone as coupling agent. Alkoxide pre-cursor modified with allyl acetylacetone was hydrolyzed to produce an inorganic network, andthen poly(methacrylate) (PMMA) chains formed in situ through a radical polymerization werechemically bound to the forming inorganic network to synthesize a hybrid glass. Several trans-parent hybrid glasses have been obtained. The synthesis process was investigated by FTIR andUV spectroscopies, and the results demonstrated that acetylacetonate groups were bound to tita-nium(aluminium, zirconium) in the process of preparation and the final hybrid glasses, but theydidn't to silicon. The results of TGA showed that the thermal stabilities of these hybrid materialswere considerably improved compared with pure PMMA. Among them, the hybrid glass containingzirconia had the best thermal stability.
