基于电容传感器的太阳能热水器水位检测系统

摘    要:文章利用绝缘处理的导体浸入水中与水组成电容两个极板,其容值大小反应水位高低的原理,设计了用于太阳能热水器水位检测的电容水位传感器。为与现有太阳能热水器的水位温度控制器兼容,设计并实现了直流电压和脉冲两种信号的输出电路。电容水位传感器克服了原有各种传感器存在水位指示粗糙、水电接触污染水质和制作复杂等缺陷,其具有水电无接触、不污染水质、成本低、使用方便和工作可靠等特点,并且它所反应的水位是连续无级变化的,在太阳能热水器领域中具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:When insulated conductor is soaked into water, it will become capacitance between water and conductor. the value of capacitance will respond to the level of water. According to the theory above, the capacitance water level sensor can be used in solar water heater. In order to fit the present water level and temperature controller, two type output signal circuits are designed that is DC signal and pulse signal. This water level sensor can overcome all kinds of other sensors’ defects, such as poor displaying accuracy , water pollution from the direct contact of electrode, and complex preparation. With other advantage of low cost, convenience, high reliability and especially continuous display of water level , it has bright future especially in solar water heater.
