Dünnschichtchromatographische Trennung der Xanthogenate niederer Alkohole auf Zelluloseschichten

Zusammenfassung Niedere aliphatische Alkohole sind in Form ihrer Xanthogenate durch Dünnschichtchromatographie auf Zelluloseschichten mit günstiger Erfassungsgrenze trennbar. Durch die kurze Trennzeit wird die bei der Papierchromatographie während des Trennvorganges auftretende Zersetzung der Xanthogenate vermieden. DieR _f Werte von sieben Alkoholen in drei Fließmitteln werden angegeben.

Summary Lower aliphatic alcohols can be separated in the form of their xanthogenates with excellent limits of detection through thin layer chromatography on cellulose layers. Because of the brief time involved in the separation, the decomposition of the xanthogenates occurring during the separation by paper chromatography is avoided. TheR _f -values of seven alcohols in three mobile phases are given.

Résumé On peut séparer les alcools aliphatiques inférieurs à l'état de xanthogénates par chromatographie en couche mince sur support de cellulose, avec des limites de dilution satisfaisantes. En raison de la courte durée de la séparation, on évite ici la décomposition qui se produit pendant le processus de séparation dans le cas de la chromatographie sur papier. On communique les valeurs duR _f de sept alcools, avec trois agents d'élution.
