金属薄带铸轧辊套抗热损伤行为分析

摘    要:金属簿带铸轧辊套的热损伤(如表面热龟裂、局部塌陷等),是铸轧辊套的主要失效形式。作从铸轧辊套材质、制造及使用等方面,阐述了铸轧辊套的抗热损伤行为,提出了几种改善辊套抗热损伤能力的途径。

Abstract:Continuous roll casting technology of metal thin strips is an advanced technique leading the way in the field of material processing. The studies of withstanding thermal damages for roll shell occupy an important place in the researches on the new technology. In this paper, several problems about withstanding thermal damages for roll shell are discussed. The problems embrace temperature field, thermal stress field, material properties and cutting technology for roll shell.
