纤维素Ⅱ和碱纤维素Ⅱ单结晶的研究

摘    要:本文用电子显微镜和电子衍射技术研究苎麻的纤维素Ⅱ和碱纤维素Ⅱ单晶。纤维素Ⅱ单晶成长条状,长约2μ,宽约0.4~0.6μ,电子衍射技术表明长条状单晶长的方向是纤维分子链的方向,故分子链不应该是折叠链结构。碱纤维Ⅱ单晶是不规则的多边形,单晶的大小为0.3~4μ,碱纤维素Ⅱ孪晶是由两块单晶重叠并错开约2.6°角度而构成的,孪晶面为(001)面。


STUDY ON THE SINGLE CRYSTALS OF CELLULOSE Ⅱ AND Na-CELLULOSEⅡ
Abstract:The single crystals-of cellulose Ⅱ and Na-cellulose of ramie tibre have been studied by using electron microscope and electron diffraction techniques in this paper. The single crystal of Cellulose Ⅱ shows a rod-shape with a length of about 2 μm and a width of about 0.4—0. 6 μm. Electron diffraction techniques indicate that the direction of the length of rod-shape single crystal is parallel to cellulose molecular chain axis. Therefor, the molecular chains should not be considered as folded chain structure. The single crystal of Na-cellulose Ⅱ of which the size is about 0.3—4 μm are irregular in morphology. The twin of Na-cellulose Ⅱ consists of two lamellar single crystals which superimpose and rotate arround one another with an angle of 2.6°. The twin plane is (001) face.
