碳纤维加固法在某工程中的应用

摘    要:建筑物构件在施工或使用过程中总会因为设计、材料、温度、荷载等各种原因出现裂缝,工程师要能够判断出此种裂缝是何种原因引起,然后才能处理,必要时还要对该构件进行加固补强。以一个实际工程为例,分析砖混结构中混凝土构件出现裂缝的原因,提出加固设计方案,最后决定采用碳纤维加固技术并提供了具体的工程算例,从设计到施工进行了详尽地说明。

Abstract:Building component alway appears the crack because of design, material, temperature, loading reasons in the course of constructing or using. The engineer must judge this kind of crack caused by which reasons, then coulddeal with it, even strengtthen this component if necessity. Taking a actual project as an example, the reason is analysed why the concrete component appears the crack in the brick structure, and proposed a strengthening plan of design, determined to adopt the CFRP strengthening technology and offered a concrete project as an example finally,explained exhaustivly from designing to constructing.
