| Abstract: | A modified Metropolis algorithm is developed and used to construct axial-symmetric and multimonopole classical solutions in the (lattice-regularized) SO(3) Georgi-Glashow model outside the BPS limit. As an example one of those solutions is then used as an ansatz to study the quantum stability of the configuration. |
